I accept payment via Credit Cards and PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this system, and PayPal securely accepts all major credit cards. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with payment, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in any way that I can. 

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of payment (excluding bespoke orders) and are shipped to the address specified at checkout. If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, please make sure to include the delivery address at checkout.  Postage rates are beyond my control. If you have any questions about the shipping cost of your order, please contact me. I am happy to weigh out the items for you to provide the most accurate estimate possible. Royal Mail 1st class rates of between £1.45-£3.95 depending on the size and weight of the item(s). Postage for items over 2kg will start at £5.95.Doodle&Dab is located in Kingston-upon-Thames, UK. Shipping within UK normally takes 2-3 working days. Because of the low shipping costs, orders are not insured or traceable. If you do not receive your order in a reasonable amount of time, please contact me and I will discuss it with you. If you prefer to have your package insured against loss or damage and traceable, please contact me and request upgraded shipping and I will send you a price quote and then a PayPal invoice for the difference.  

No plastic is used in the gift packaging or shipping boxes. Items are generally presented inside a Kraft gift box, tin box or in a muslin bag depending on the type and size of product ordered. Items are shipped in a cardboard postage box. 

I hope you love your purchase but if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.  

I accept wholesale orders of 30 pieces or more for a discounted rate. Please contact me for more information.  

Doodle&Dab creations are not suitable for children under 3 as they are small and could easily be swallowed. Please supervise young children at all times if handling our products.
